Common problems of temperature measurement system: judgment method for abnormal or no temperature measurement. Take down the thermocouple input end of the temperature transmitter and directly connect it to the thermocouple to check whether the temperature transmitter wiring and power supply are normal. Heat the thermocouple with a heat source and measure the output end of the temperature transmitter with a multimeter to see whether the output voltage changes normally or observe whether the display system displays a reasonable value. If the temperature transmitter is abnormal If it is normal, there is a problem at the thermocouple end.
