Jilin University is the support of technology and talents. The company's R&D team is affiliated to the Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment of Jilin University. The company is integrated with the Institute. The technical backbone is professors, engineers and enterprise managers. The R&D team currently has 4 professors and 12 senior engineers, including 2 doctors and 6 masters. The company also undertakes the training task of graduate students while developing and manufacturing products, and has trained 3 doctors and 13 masters.
