Introduction to Commonly Used Amplifier Circuits

The commonly used amplification and adjustment circuit can generally be divided into three or four main parts: a zero-adjustment circuit, a signal amplification and gain circuit, a filtering circuit, and a V/I conversion circuit. Zero-adjustment circuit: The purpose of the zero-adjustment circuit is to adjust the zero offset of the sensor signal or to modify the zero-point offset as required by subsequent stages. 48 Friction Material Testing Machine and Testing Technology: If a certain sensor or transmitter outputs a signal ranging from 1 to 5V, while the A/D card in the computer control system has an input range of 0 to 5V, theoretically the 1-to-5V signal could be used directly. However, this would result in a 20% reduction in accuracy. By using a zero-adjustment circuit followed by a 1.25-times amplification to bring the signal into the 0-to-5V range, we can avoid any loss in accuracy.
